What community? There's zero bracket activity and MOST of the people who would play aren't even subbed right now. The only person my negativity reflects badly on is me. I take responsibility for that, and I'll do as I please.

Looking forward to a fun and competitve arena tourney. I just hope my wonderful arena partner and I can bring it! We're really going to need to focus on each and every game, not overlooking any.

Zero bracket activity? You just contradicted yourself. Isn't it you who said that you have wargames almost every single night? You did. This tournament provides an opportunity for exposure and growth of that community. When people make posts saying they aren't sure if they will play because of negative posts than yes you are affecting more than just you. If you dont plan on playing in the tournament and have nothing constructive to add then dont say anything at all.

At the time I made that post, we had done wargames for like the 3rd night in a row, and seemed like it was becoming a nightly thing. Right now, it's not. However, you only need 4 people do to wargames, compared to the 20+ people you need in order to do BGs. By and large, there is zero bracket activity. We don't have BGs popping, there are no scheduled game nights, and most of the vets aren't even logging on, let alone participating in wargames with us few tinkers who are still around.

This 'tournament' isn't even a tournament. It's two guys who are barely even on the radar when the bracket IS active, trying to get people to play with them by throwing around buzzwords and offering prizes.

Also, I wouldn't even be posting in this thread right now if you people weren't here posting at me. You know you can just send me a private message, right? So as long as you want to keep having this conversation here about what you think I should or shouldn't be doing, I'll check in from time to time so I can offer a little clarity to the subject.

I seriously doubt he spends any time at all with his kid, nor being taught anything at all. (Not that it's a bad thing in this case)
