29 spellpower enchant on boa

Roxxy has 29 spellpower on their boa staff, how did they get it?

Is this still possible?

You know you can get 30 Spell Power, right?

Would that be better than intellect enchant?

If you're not hurting for mana, definitely. Probably best suited for Warlocks. I'd personally go with 22 Intellect.

Anyway, that 29 Spell Power enchant is the old 55 Healing Power. Obviously it's better to opt with the old school 30 Spell Power, but some people either haven't gotten the memo or are too lazy.

24 arcane mage, and I feel like I do fine for mana, Charged gear of intellect (+10 int) x2

Also would it be viable to enchant some sort of mainhand with +30 spellpower, and have Furbolg Medicine Pouch?

I know not a lot of people use that nowadays, but I find it very useful.

If not, would it be able to switch from a staff to a mh+medicine pouch while in combat and get the HoT, then switch back to staff?

why you have 22 int on your lock then?

why you have 22 int on your lock then?
Because i had 22 int for my priest and upcoming druid and didnt want to switch the enchant everytime i switch it on toons. and as you can see i ddidnt even get him full BIS just because i dont really want to spam run gnomers for 2 rings which wouldnt really make that big of difference i made him to pvp on and spam running gnomers would prevent me from doing that.. (bad twink logic i know)

I find the +22 to intell better but the spellpower is more versitile if you are swapping the weapon around often amongst your toons. As to answer your question there is a +30 spell power enchant.

I don't understand how there is any debate about this since they changed it so 1 int gives 1 sp. I can't see how someone would choose 8 sp over 330 mana
