29 Shaman: Multiple questions

How well is enhance performing in battlegrounds?
How well is resto performing in battlegrounds?
Which gift enchants for enhance?
What weapon enchant for enhance? Is bloody dancing steel any good?
What weapon enchant for resto? Is spirit of conquest any good?

Faction related questions:
I'm going alliance for Spell Axe of the Farseer. Would the axe turn into the horde version Spell Axe of the Speaker should I faction change to horde or would I be able to keep/transmog the alliance axe on horde side?
Any special alliance items that I should grab before faction changing from alliance to horde?

I can only speak for resto and I have twinked that much since the expansion has came out.
Resto is sitting in a pretty good spot.

I use healing power/spellpower weapon enchants on my healers right now. I do not like proc enchants for healers. Could change them, who knows...
If you are into transmogrification, I suggest getting as many of the Alliance side shields as possible. There are some really nice quest ones. A few that have rather long long quest lines. The best one has a really long quest line. Presuming it is still available.

Enhancer does fine in my eyes with decent off heals and damage! In my eyes tempo gift and elemental force is the way to go,
although multistrike seems to be a good option for some all right burst with ss^^

It's by far not the strongest class but still fun to play and highly underrated

Umm well the Arena Skirmishes pop pretty quickly. But the BG ques are 15 mins to "Unknown" at times. Really killed the ques in this bracket :\.

Enhance is a viable spec, one of the more viable melee specs in the game. It has good self heals, purge, slows, wind shear, and midrange damage.

How well is resto performing in battlegrounds?

Resto is one of the better healing specs. Purge, slows, and wind shear, most other healer have no CC or offensive dispels, let alone both + an interrupt.

Which gift enchants for enhance?

I prefer haste for healers/casters and crit for melee.

Elemental Force is 100% BiS imo.

I'm pretty sure that you'd be able to do that quest twice and get both rewards from each faction.
