Boomkin is both on 20 as on 29 very good, but 29 boomkin is better than 20.

I have played both a lot and 29 is far superior the shape mender glyph along with healing touch allows for a lot more survivability, along with solar beam and access to way higher stam sets not to mention the procs for more starbursts. 29 is just all around better. Only thing being level 20 provides you is with a false sense of superiority to the rest of the bracket because you intentionally crutch your self.

Many of us have been playing 19's and 29's since Vanilla and tBC. And then again, many have been playing level 20 since Cata.

With scaling, many classes/specs can be just as powerful at level 20 as a level 29 if they choose the correct gear and enchants. At level 20, you miss out on a few abilities and one marginally useful glyph.
