29 frost or fire mage?

Hello everyone.

I am new to this bracket, my home is the 85 bracket where i currently hold rank1 as warrior, but i am kinda bored of it, so i want to try something new.
It seems like the 20-29 bracket most likely will be the only active twink bracket as of WoD, so why not get started now..
I want to play a mage, but what spec?? Frost seems very bursty, but they rely on procs alot. Fire can get proc every 10 sec ish because of inferno blast, + they can get pom which could be extremely good. But what do you guys think, i obviously have no idea..

I say Frost, because of cie lance, but fire's dmg is scaled up as well, still there lies the fact that a frost mage has more mobility, and alot of CCs, Wich makes him BiS. And fire has to cast alot.

Didn't they give Scorch back to fire at low levels? Might be a big deal with instant pyros.

firemages will get scorch which is sick.. depends on how much %crit they can get

the shatter talent is now only for frost mages, which makes fire mages so much more rng
