29 Frost Mage and Balance Druid Help

I play a mage in the 19 bracket and for awhile now I've been thinking about making a 29.



I'm looking to make a 29 frost mage and balance druid. I was wondering if anyone could give me a chardev or a name of a peson with non-gf stam/cc gear for a mage and a balance set for a druid. I have a 24 druid that has snake hoop and aquarius belt if they are still good for the 29 bracket. Thanks

you can get hit capped with the Stonetalon quest bracers, the grounding choker, and arcanist band. i forget exactly off hand how much rating is needed. maybe like 13-14?

I highly recommend a Parachute Cape with 20 spell pen and a WSG trinket regardless of faction.

Oh yeah does a specification need help? I'd prefer horde but I'd consider rolling my mage on alliance.
