Feral is pretty bad at 29... But if you do decide to go feral, then 2hander.

Feral cannot dual wield daggers. The legion artifact is special.

You'll want to use a 2h. Ideally the blue from BG crates. One of the various agi staff/mace/polearm heirlooms is fine until then. Or any of the dungeon options.

Gnarled Ash Staff with 9 agi 6 stam 16 vers is very good. But the blue bg loot is good too.
