29 Dagger/Ambush Rogue (A) - BiS with TBC?

Need some help with this. Hearing so many differing opinions and only finding old, Classic lists of BiS that don't take into account the TBC item changes that the TBC/ilvl35 enchants.

My understanding is this -

Claw of Shadowmancer (+5 Damage)
Thornspike (+15 Agil)

Pathfinder Hat of the Tiger (What enchant?)
Scouts Medallion
Forest Tracker Epaulets
Parachute Cloak (TBC +12 Agil)
Cutthroat's Vest of Power (What enchant?)
(Bracers?)
Tiger Hunter Gloves (What enchant?)
(Belt?)
Petrolspill Legs (Naxx AP/Crit)
(Boots?)
(Rings?)
(Trinkets?)

Torturing poker is bis mainhand due to the +fire damage. I’d also run vendetta offhand for its speed to apply poison procs.

As far as bracers go, I’d run arcane runed bracers with +24 attack power over farming gnomer but that’s your call.

AB belt/boots are bis, but those won’t be immediately available.

Charged gears from gnomer are bis but it’s a farm. An alternative is protectors band/deadman’s hand.

Insignia and arena grand master are bis trinkets. Engineering net is useful as well.

Don't have AB waist yet because no one is queueing AB nowadays

Ambush spec wont be as strong against proper flag carriers with high armor, so I recommend https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=13033/zealot-blade with lifesteal or fiery weap with improved sinister strike spec

For shoulders, https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=7727/watchman-pauldrons is cheap and good as well.

https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=9509/petrolspill-leggings is the best legs, but they are expensive asf

Attack power gear works too if you want to go glass cannon with ambush/dagger spec. It's really strong at this bracket

very, very thankful for this boys. especially the vid. From what I can tell then, is the set you're wearing at the moment a more versatile set for a dagger rogue?

And then forest epaulets, and petrol+AP legs for ambush-heavy role?

and for the same play style, is vendetta still the best OH or would thornspike from RFK be better?

TBF I think I'm just going to obtain everything I might possibly need, like you with the zealots, and alternative shoulders/daggers.
