And yeah their dps is okay, but the tier list I made is comparing all others to the tier 1 one the list. So paladin can have decent damage, but it's a flop in comparison to disc

The 29s are in a terrible place right now.
It stems from 1 source alone, stupidity.
The issue is this... kids think that if they join 5 man teams and farm graveyards (which, honestly, is just not fun unless you have caveman intelligence) that this will make other people join 5 man teams to defeat them.
It does not, all it does is make less people make twinks and que for the bracket.
So unless you have a mind control ray to not make shitty people roll premades then I would avoid the 29s for now, unless you can stomach 90% of your games being lopsided piles of crap that just end up in farming graveyards.

It's back to the days pre-patch 3.3 before they introduced experience into bgs, but with a few crazy things thrown in for good measure.
Twinks, instead of just being OP, are now fucking mega OP because of grandfathered items and xp-lock giving them infinite possibilities to farm everything.
And Battlenet tags allow anyone to group up. Being what feels like the only 29 in Scotland I've got myself a bunch of fire-breathing Russians to play with in the wee small hours.
It's just pure savagery out there in the Gulch right now.

I don't agree with this assessment. I've been doing nothing but 29 BGs, often in a 3-5man group, and we RARELY experience the level of lopsided games you described. Yeah, every now and then we get 3 or so back to back EASY games, but we get a lot of well fought, close games, more often. Maybe 1 in 50 has gy camping but that's more an issue of the non grouped randoms being completely useless. I wouldn't blame it on the twinks.

Not that part, the most games arent easy part. A 29 5 man should carry just about anything especially with the "leaver culture" on US. Just about every game should be a walkover with a 29 3-5 man group.

Unless it's against another good 5 man group. We constantly run into some really solid teams from Bleeding Hollow, Moon Guard, Wyrmrest Accord, and Sargeras. There are a lot of very good active twinks and teams.

I'm not exactly sure about healers but for DPS it has to be Balance druid> Spriest =>Resto Sham (yes i know this is a healer)
After that there are many different classes that are viable/strong for specific situations so it all depends on the scenario despite there being a clear difference between them.
For example:
Fury Warriors provide insane pressure with double crusader but they get kited very easily and tend to get focused fast. Arcane also can deal a fuck ton of ST. You have shit like survival where you can go dual wield and shit on everything in terms of damage due to the double ele force, very safe too since you have a stun, trap, 30% heal, aspect of the cheetah, disengage, and resort to being ranged a bit spamming serpent sing, bomb, and kill command.On the other hand you have specs like outlaw that won't deal overall the same damage as other classes but provide retarded cc/utility and have pretty good survivability as a non hybrid class, I think they can easily kill most classes in opener but out of that they are meh.
