Can I suggest mine, I made lots of bg and arena since bfa start so here are my thoughts about 29 tier list.
This list is about can this spec carry a game or the most influent in a game.
HEALER TIER LIST :
T1 :
Monk, Dp => insane dps for a healer, monk and Dp are generally top damage and heal in the 29 barket.
=> Monk got nice escape priest got their fear
=> they both got strong healing and aren't manavore
They both got no cons except maybe Dp s escape/kit
T2 :
Sham, druid, pal => strong and good kit
=> easy multi heals
=> quite good cc abilities
Cons : - sham is manavore /manadependent and clearly goes oom faster than any other healer with flash heal
DPS TIER LIST :
G o d tier :
Rogue, Warrior => those are clearly the best atm. Good Rogues [with engi belt] can clearly 100 to 0 like anyone in this bracket with all those cc and Def CD. Warriors are godlike atm they got insane DPS with crusader back in bg. They can literally influence a game with the strength they brings to a team with cc abilities and their DPS.
T1 :
Mage (especially arcane), hunter, paladin, Dp (ofc Dp!!!!) they are strong, can easily kit except Dp and pal , good amount of damage. They also got strong cc.
T2 :
boomi, lock, elem, shadow P, they are balanced in this patch not over powered but well in this patch with nice damage and good survavibility. But still they can not carry a game solo.
T3 :
Monk, enhanced sham, feral
Bit lack off dps enchanced and feral.
feels a bit behind this patch
So boys what do u guys think about this tier list, tell me if u think I missed something and feel free to let us know ur T LIST!!!
Peace buddies ama.
One of the issues I see with this list is the healer area. MW is very very strong, but are probably one of the squishiest of all the healers.
Healer tier list:
T1: Disc Priest
T2: MW Monk = Resto Sham = Resto Druid
T3: Holy Paladin = Holy Priest
Explanation: Disc is T1 for the fact that heals and damage (especially burst damage with schism) is insane, bubble spam (bubble spam can apparently live through a ret paladin with double crusader), good defensive and CC. Only downfall is lack of mobility, but everything else a disc can offer balances it out imo.
MW heals are very strong, damage is good, downfalls are they are very squishy and burst damage (this excludes jade lightning) is melee range. Good mobility.
Resto shaman has insane ranged and dot damage (as a healer), heals aren't as strong as MW imo, but still very good. Good mobility and utility on top of extra damage reduc from shields. Ranged interrupt is also good.
Resto Druid has good heals, even after swiftmend nerf in pvp. Good mobility, bear form to counteract squishiness, good damage. Lacks in CC area.
Holy paladin has very good burst heals, damage is very meh due to long CDs on abilities but good at securing kills because judgement hits hard, HoJ, etc.. high armor, if you're half decent you can 1v1 any class without sufficient heals easily. No mobility. Great defensive.
Holy Priest has good burst heals, as squishy, if not worse, than MW, because no bubble spam. Excellent CC, good damage. No mobility.
DPS
T1: Balance, yes, by itself.
T2: Rogue, Warrior, Hunter(of any spec), Arcane Mage
T3: Ret pal, WW monk, ele shaman, shadow priest
T3.5: feral druid (seen very few, so hard to determine if it's T3 or T4, overall not amazing)
T4: warlock..?
I don't think dps needs that much of an explanation, and if I've missed anything, I probably just haven't seen enough people play that specific class or spec.
