29 BiS List?

Just recently got back into twinking and a lot has changed since I last tried. Is there a 29 BiS list anywhere that would help me gear fresh 29's? Or is there just a general rule of thumb when gearing that everyone is following now. I currently have a 29 hunter but am planning on doing most classes as well.

Just run WoD dungeons and collect WF gear. It’s BIS for most brackets.

Sorry to necro, but (for most classes) TBC dungeon gear or Northrend dungeon gear is enough to solo WoD dungeons, right?
