I'll give it a try if I end up resubbing some day. Why wouldn't I use shadowfangs? Apart from BvB being better for offhand.

For the extra ambush dmg. 40% more dmg if you have a dagger equipped. but after that ambush I don't know if it's worth using. Also I might try landslide enchants.

Use dagger in OH (WSG One/BoA one) + i wonder if Razzeric's Racing Grips - Item - World of Warcraft / http://www.wowhead.com/item=2044/crescent-of-forlorn-spirits can be useful for those who have them. Need time to test shit.
