Add boas, trink, 100 mana to chest and engi/alchemy than thats bis healz imo.
Some people's version of bis varies so i you suggest you trying multiple gear sets out.

For FC:Genar @ Tichondrius - Community - World of Warcraft

Change the boots for the ones from gnomeregan (+5 spirit instead of crit)
Trinket wise you can use the BoA insignia + AGM or 2 AGM
Shoulders should be the Magician's Mantle
Second ring should be the charged gear of stamina or the alliance equivalent of Nogg's
Wrists should be Emissary Cuffs of stamina
Helm should be the leather BoA (+5 spirit instead of crit)
