24 Warrior Hit

For 24 warriors is the spell cap 10 hit or 15 hit? I cant seem to figure it out. I know the spell cap is 15 for all casters but on my warrior I get an invisible 2.03% spell hit chance (no idea where it comes from).
I really need to know whats up with this because if its 10 hit im going to get Jungle Spirits' Embrace - Item - World of Warcraft but if its 15 hit i'll get Band of Raptor Teeth - Item - World of Warcraft, any input would be greatly appreciated.

You get spell hit from expertise, likely from the BoA legs.
