From what i've seen and read the drop chance is pretty low but obviously still possible. I killed one of these yesterday and didnt get anything but 50 silver. The respawn timers aren't very long either and the mob is easy to kite and can be kited all the way into and around orgrimmar, but they will one shot you if you get in melee range. The mobs have about 3600k health but 85s-90s will help you kill it just like people used to kill Gamon. Good luck to those trying to get bags.

390k hp doesnt seem like much, i cant imagine it taking longer than 2-3 minutes if that even to kill, even on an 85

After 4 and half hour of grinding, 100 gold looted for F2P, 3 epics, 17 greens, 8 stacks of windwool cloth and 612 killed mobs, I finally got it! World 1st?
