i know i should probably be using the 5 crit bracers but i foolishly deleted them a while back

Your amount of haste is incredibly low for a disc. I would sugest you to change your enchants for that.

Get DPR / Yorgen Boon / Enumerated wrap of the sun or sorcerer / Thaliaa Slippers / Musty Tome of the lost.

You have them already probably but you are on shadow gear so.
