I'm not 100% sure which is better yet but 30 SP gives a purple aura that'll match my transmog... so, since its now way more comparatively viable than it was for a Priest, I'm going with 30 SP 
That and Power Word: Shield has Spell Power in the formula ((SP x 1.871) + 574) to decide how much it absorbs.
But then again... 1.23% crit is pretty nice...
