It is already grandfathered, Balroy.
Blizzard are somewhat inconsistant if they fix it or just keep the grandfathered item/skill. They changed the professions (gathering) soo people wasent able to have 450 skill. But they havent changed alot of other items, like the items Balroy mentioned and now there's alot of items grandfathered, that happend in 4.0.3a (with the gear changes)
