and @mofo2 it isnt possible anymore. People that looted/trained the heavy frostweave bandage before 4.0.3(iirc) was able to level to 425+

Nah, you only needed to learn up to 450 FA before they stopped letting you. I just trained Heavy frostweave on my 39 hunter one minute ago from the FA trainer.

Somehow I doubt it. But meh, in the current state of 39 (at least for clothies) it wouldn't matter that much.

Nope, it will be grandfathered. Windstorm hammers still have mongoose on them, some 60s still have 450 eng and 49s still have LK enchants on 49 gear.
