20th Anniversary Twink time walking

Is it possible to make a 20 twink even close to as strong as the lvl 11 twinks are for time walking during the 20th anniversary?

No, a lvl 10-11 will always beat a 20 due to scalling if they have equal gear of course.

while I understand that, was wondering if its even feasible to get a relatively new to 20's twinking up to the point of being able to blast through time walking fast enough to level characters on another account.. and justify that char doing next to nothing in the instance

Yeah, my 20s slam through them fairly easily. a lvl 20 fury warrior for example will blast trhough them as well just not as fast as a lvl 11.

have 2 subbed retail accounts, and several f2p accounts (dead since multi-boxing is over) and was looking for a faster way to level multiple char's on the subbed accounts without having to jump through all the xp locked hoops that a lvl 11 twink has

i rolled 20 bear and pally to dual box my leveling characters. works great. queues are fast since they are tanks, no xp issue debuff issues. Won't clear as fast as an 11, but can still pull the entire room since you have a heal with you and its much faster than getting stuck with inexperienced tanks, etc. especially if you take advantage of timewalking + anniversary buffs + darkmoon, etc. I leveled my guys to 70 in a few hours played. sometimes would queue as a tank on twink and healer on alt if queues were slow and leveling a healer.

My V.DH has no issues soloing dungeons but it isn't nearly as fast as an 11.

I usually do ~50% of the DPS in regular dungeon groups. When there's an 11 in my group they usually do 20-50%+ more damage than me (depending on the class and gear).

my 10 BM monks (in ilvl 56 gear so sockets) rip thru fast, i tried my 20 BM rolling 4 SL gems, 3-4 trash mobs no issue, but can't do 8-12+ like the 10 does. i am set up to do MW but find ques faster as BM

my VDH 10s, does well in groups and solo, but not a ripper like a 10 monk.
