US 20's bgs never pop?

I've recently made a 20 twink again to play with my FTP friend but over the past week I've been sitting in 3hr+ queues with not a single bg pop. My twink is fully geared out and yet I haven't been able to play a single bg and its making me really sad Did blizzard completely kill xp off? I notice on my leveling toons I been getting into bgs with 5 minute timers but THERES TWINKS IN THOSE XP ON GAMES??? This is really frustrating me to no end...

Play 19, you’ll have way shorter que times

Make a lvl 20 and unlock xp. Make sub expire and u can play with that char in xpon bgs and forever stay lvl 20

If you have active subscription, you will be put in the same queue as 29 lvl twinks which is bugged. You have to wait till your sub expire and then you can play with your F2P friend if you didnt turned off your XP before the expiration.

Unlikely to get fixed anytime soon. If you want to play 20's, maybe consider starting a F2P account or making a Vet on a new account and unsub after a month. That's if u want to keep your main sub active.

What’s with the face?
If you make another account under the same bnet you share everything from your collection tabs and achievements. It’s like making the character on the same account but with a different subscription. Get some game time on that 2nd account. Gear your 20 and then when your done gearing submit a ticket to a GM to transfer your game time to your first account so you won’t have to wait for it to just run out.

Very vital that you turn your exp on before having no sub on the account.
Why?
Simple. Your exp will be in and you will queue for in the Exp on bracket.
You can’t level past 20 on an account with no sub.

To either collect all the gold from around your toons or say you have "friends" who will complete the rest of the gold for you.
They should give you a free day of game time. Just make sure you have everything ready within that day.

This is really good way to get a vet geared.

But also, you dont have to worry about enchants too much. Pure F2P does just fine too. Sounds like you got a hold on it though! Enjoy the bracket.

Yeah I don't think I will need the enchants. Got to 20 on my ftp account was able to get a bg queue pretty quickly and even tho i still had no rings and white ilv 1 pieces of gear i got 18 kills and top dmg lol thats arcane mage for you.

They wont fix something that's working as intended. 20s are just a loophole in the system like legion 110s are, technically our xp is on just like a levelers would be

Hi there friend, it seems you have run into a common problem 20s before the 8.1 patch experience, you cannot get battlegrounds to pop up. Fret not friend, all you have to do is wait for your gametime to run out. You also must leave your experience on to queue for battlegrounds.
