Are we ever going to get a list of actual rules for TC 19 so we know how to build our comps or did I miss something?

I have yet to see anything about 2 class 1 spec rule being implemented or not implemented after scrolling through those threads twice now, I feel like that's the big rule I'm looking to see information about. It's hard to build a team without knowing if that rule will become about, especially now that the gearing process is a little more hectic considering rerolls and questing.

Who cares.. Only 2 teams are worth watching. I hope RI picks up Mvq after he fails at putting a team together. It will add to the lolz factor. Imagine bringing together maybe 3% of a community and pretending it means anything to win.
