Me and my wife are about to start 20 twinks and she wants to heal my rogue/warrior/hunter (im undecided), which healer is best for the 20's?

It's not even close. In addition you also get to throw in tons of DPS because you don't have to hit people with a little sword or kick them.
Resto Sham is ok, not even in the same league though... IMO you are just doing the same thing, except less effectively than Disco... and your two other specs are meme trash in the bracket.
Before losing surging mists MW was incredible, its just funky tier 3 now. Not interested in "how you play it"... the numbers are just bad now.
Paladin is what it is... similar to MW... you can heal for a lot, but why not just heal and do 100k+ in damage while you are at it... Paladin does not do that.
Restro druid... the math is not there... you get to run around... maybe useful if you actually care about winning flag games in pugs... in wargames you can root people... I'd rather put a knife in my eye.
Roll what you like - if you are good you will "make it work" just like other people, but don't let anybody fool you.
Also roll horde.

If by "best" healer you mean which one statistically comes out on top, then yes, it's disc priest all the way. Other healers like resto shamans, holy paladins, etc. offer some fun alternatives and more utility, but no healer matches the throughput of a disc priest. With that said, @Neon makes a good point -- you're talking about going into random battlegrounds as a pair, with one of you pocket healing the other. Any healer will pump enough into you to make it worthwhile. You're gonna be fine with whatever you choose, so go with what would be the most fun.
That's the real question. What do you and your spouse consider the most fun part of battlegrounds? The answer to that will provide more accurate options than just "disc priest has the highest numbers".

Looking at your possible class combos...
I'm just gonna recommend yall run either Rsham/warrior or RDruid/warrior (or get wild and run balance/warrior with protector of the grove talent)
Disc priest is obviously the strongest healing spec. By a mile. But its so stupidly strong its gotta be mind numbingly boring to play. And hunters I *know* are so broken it makes peoples brains die. I've watched it happen. Dont do that to yourselves.
Rogue/Priest is a pretty classic combo and could also be a lot of fun as long as you accept that rogues are more objective oriented these days and less "lolOneShotFromStealth". You could carry a lot of maps with that.
But I've played warrior with Warrior/Rsham and I've been the both the warrior and druid in a warrior/druid combo and theyre insanely fun. Just really good interplay between the classes, dynamic and interesting field control, all the good stuff.
And while I've only periodically played it, you'd probably have a lot of fun playing rogue/druid if being really objective in BGs is your thing and you like stealing wins out from under hunter/disc premades. Im a god awful rogue and those games have been a blast anyway.

What sold my wife on the priest class was the second healing option. We would mess around in arena with builds she thought of and wanted to try and see the results first-hand.
Hopefully you guys went Priest for her and Hunter for YOU!
