20 Rogue weapon advice

rogues from the changes incoming are showing rather gimped, can't seriously see anyone wanting to roll a F2P come MOP or even a 24 P2P. only thing rogues are getting back is slice and dice. and the new talents are not enough. rogues are losing mobility/utility. roll a feral druid if you want to play a rogue style player

backstab to level-40
vanish to level 34
improved poison to level-30
gouge to level-22
sprint to level-26
shadowstep a level-60 talent choice for all 3 specs

gouge, SS, and sprint really help alot dealing with hunters to some degree, without them rogues are kite candy. one fear from a lock/priest even with a trinket you have no way of getting back to them before you are dead. one frost nova/sheep even with a trinket use, a mage will lol-kite you just like a hunter

i had a 10 twink rogue, gaining SS was nice but when sprint was nerfed to level-16, my rogue was worthless in escaping, positioning., no longer fun, and a easy kill.

use no improved poison then take gouge, BS, SS, and sprint off your bar/keys and go into a BG...that is your MOP rogue
Except that nothing is finalized. I don't know why you guys are thinking about this so hard when everything is still subject to changes

feral ftw
but am i the only one who is excited about the rogue MoP changes?
Subterfuge saids that stealth breaks 3sec after receiving OR DEALING damage... if i read that correctly and interpret it correctly.. that means with NE rogues, (me) you get 4ambushes with shadowmeld.... now that aint nerfin for me! :) although i will miss sprint, ss, gouge terribly, 4 ambush sounds fun!

shadowmeld takes you out of combat i thought?

Shadowmeld=Vanish w/o removal of dots. The way I play rouge, MoP is gonna be loads of fun (Assassination)

I am assuming your a combat rogue, that is the only time a rouge will dual wield anything but daggers, sub might use a mace in OH, but only combat uses two
