20 P2P haste stacking hpala

It sounds counter productive to be honest.
1) You scale to max level, haste will be diminished since you are "technically" level 29 in BGs.
2) It can work, but you won't really do anything as amazing as before the stat squish.
3) Just give it a try, if you don't like it, you still have 24, 26, 28 and 29 to Twink at.
4) BG with max haste and see how bad/good it scales inside compared to outside BGs. Compare, make a decision, like it or hate it.
5) In regards to 1, your stats and enchants will scale up but you are technically 29 in BGs so there are DRs in that regards.
All I can really tell you is test it out, try it and see if you like it. A lot of people keep coming here for information a lot of people cannot provide since no one has done testing in regards to literally every possibility we can do with levels, stat scaling/squish.
Regardless; I wish you the best of luck, 28 seems like a good level for a Paladin since you don't gain much BoA, Enchant, Gear scaling wise from BoAs however you can gain 400 - 600 hp depending on how much stamina you have before scaling up.

Nonsense. Both..
Ontopic: haste isnt the prob of a holy but their output. Both heal and dmg suck in comparison. Its fun but not great wether u use haste or int.

Dont see how healing sucks when I'm throwing out 1K average flash of lights in 1.3 seconds, the more heals I cast the more output I have obv, and healers are not there for damage except when the need arises and even then my denounces hit for 250 average and also have a 1.3 second cast time

Sure 1k heal as 20 p2p. While ur denounce does less dmg than mine under f2p-rules.
