pick the skullbreaker, you can get a higher spell power enchant or 8 more intellect rather than on a different weapon.



marbled buckler is probably the best horde shield.

19s can use this robe as well as 29s, last time i checked.

Not all classes can use a mace.

As of 3.1, BoA items are the superior choice for any healer who can wield a mace. the Devout Aurastone Hammer now gives something like 23 spellpower in addition to intellect, stamina, and mp5, so even with a +30 spellpower enchant it would still have far superior spellpower, in addition to its other stats.
 
I saw a horde rogue DW'ing Skullbreaker and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=6804 (Windstorm Hammer) with mongoose in this bracket awhile back, it was a disgusting sight to behold. With double proc I can only imagine the kind of sin strike hits he was dealing. Windstorm Hammer has since been nerfed to an item lvl of 34, though a horde warrior could DW Skullbreaker and Bleeding Crescent with mongoose for the lulz if so inclined. Though sadly those chants wouldn't be even minutely close to what they would be for a rogue.
