I'd say Horde win 60% of WSG matches. WSG is the only BG that usually turns lopsided with someone getting gy camped.
AB and EotS are pretty fair and balanced for the most part. Not sure about AV since I blacklist it.

I agree about WSG, it's pretty even.
I would say though Horde overall wins about 75% of all BGs at least. My Rogue never AFK or group queue and all BGs played are from WoD/Legion (most are from WoD but I can't say I've noticed a significant win/loss change come Legion), so I'd say the numbers are somewhat representative:
