EU 2 quick questions.

So if I equip heirlooms on a 39 twink, will they count towards my average ilvl, or not?

And I'm looking for a eu group of alliance people to do some 39 bg's with. I'm gonna play all the monk specs, so very versatile <3.

use the heirlooms until you get rare ilvl 47 items to fill the slot.
