¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Since MoP I have looted the Blingtron 4000 Gift Package roughly 30 times. Just recently I looted it again on my main twink and was curious about what loot was obtainable from this package (being it is also meant for level 90 players). After scrolling down on wowhead I was shocked to see that there where 3 mounts included in the loot tables. They are the Depleted-Kyparium Rocket and the Geosynchronous World Spinner, which would be otherwise unobtainable due to the high level of engineering required to make them and absence of the ability to use the auction house. (Also semi worthwhile to note that the third mount, Mekgineer's Chopper / Mechano-Hog is also 'obtainable' but only usable if you where to loot it on a f2p DK, which is just stacking to many odds against you tbh).
Each mount on its own has a 1 in 38,591 chance to drop, when both taken into account this comes out to be a chance to loot of 1 in every 19,296 packages.
Why is this even worth posting due to the super low drop rate? Well what I would hope is to see is someone who plays a high level p2p on a highly populated f2p server (ie Aerie Peak) who would be generous enough to place a Blingtron 4000 every day at roughly the same time in the same location; if enough f2ps where aware of the drop and completed the daily there would be a decent chance of a f2p character walking away with an amazing mount. (f2p's who dont play on Aerie Peak could then also participate by creating a level 1 and logging into the the character every day at the same time)
If no one on a p2p wants to do it then that is fine, at least you f2p's are aware, so now you have more reason to hunt for those Blingtron 4000's every day, for more then just the Dressed to Kill appearance
