2 new amazing Toys (wpvp/wpve)

I've had these in possession for a while but now they are toys with no lvl req.

Bye-bye swimming. This amazing thing can allow you to clear large distances of water and terrain for 60 seconds straight with large+high distance jumps. Cannot use in combat, but can be used before combat. Attacks/attacking will cancel the Transformation. But the cast time is unaffected and dots do not cancel the transformation. Also, say hello to new SW jumps/Pleasure Palace

Shard of Archstone - Item - World of Warcraft
Untargetable (cannot use in combat). CAN however, use before entering combat or upon leaving combat. Aoe's CAN hit you and cancel, so good against single target enemies. Good if trying to sneak past somewhere with dangerous NPC's that pass by. Unaffected by Touch of Void.

Don't forget the newly added Spike-Toed Boterang in Tanaan Jungle. It's got a long CD but nobody will be able to escape you Mounted up. I cannot confirm that it's usable on lower level Characters as that Rare killed my 100 Hunter twice before I gave up (with my 10 in tow). He does an odd thing at either below 50% health or after roughly 1+ minutes and loses all care in the world of whatever has threat on him and repeatedly Booterangs you to death (if you can't heal yourself through it, it's like 30-60K dmg each hit with 693 iLvL Mail).

Based on the other new Rares added today It'll drop for lowbies. I looted all the rares in HM and all but 1 behind the Dark Portal on my 10 today. I couldn't find the 3rd behind the Dark Portal and couldn't solo kill the Overseer on my first 2 attempts. I was tired anyway, I'll try again tomorrow but unf it's also not a high drop rate so may take me several kills to get.

EDIT: Just tried him again with help from a Guildee, he didn't drop it. Good note for those wishing to try for it, he has a spawn timer of about 2 minutes but his loot table (except gold/Apexis) is the same as all the rest in Tanaan, once per day per Character.
