100% agree. This site has gone WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY downhill since they got a say in things.
A forum is a place where you are supposed to be aloud to talk your mind. Now this is a place to rub and tug WT, or get threatened to be banned rapidly.

no guild should have censorship over a public forum, i hope this ain't happening. I personally see no evidence soo far. Maybe things just got booring. The days are gone when patch after patch there was something new to discover at low level, activity (EU) is not bad atm so none is pushing for survival.
I think another factor is that when the web domain was moved many people could not access there accounts, many people still haven't had the problem resolved hence in the drop in activity.
