Pagan Belt "Of Shadow Wrath" is the only "Shadow" specific belt at this level, It also has "Of Healing" which gives 1 less SP but will boost your 'Immolate' spell. https://wotlkdb.com/?item=14164

But, there are also 3 other "Of Healing" belts available.

Overall, Shimmering Sash and Greenweave Sash both can give +7, which is the same as the Pagan Belt so those would be the BIS ideally.

Though "Relic Hunter Belt" obtained through an alliance only quest (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=11936/relic-hunter-belt) and "Tarantula Silk" dropped from a rare mob in Redridge Mountains (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=3229/tarantula-silk-sash) could also be great alternates while you search for BIS.

Keep in mind, this is purely for a max SP/glass cannon build, not a more balanced build.

Thank you! im getting some conflicting infomation, on one hand wowhead says shadow power belt doesnt exist while on the other hand wotlkdb is saying the belt exists? Confused

wotlk wowhead is more accurate because it pulls data from the classic client itself, and wotlkdb is just based off of raw 3.3.5. you could also search on auction houses in game for most confirming results.

This is my shaman build. All I am missing is the AGM, but my goal was total stat dominance by having highest crit, and spell power for fc encounters and 1v1s, plus a good combo of HP and mana. Tell me what you think.

the shadow resistance is to try and remove the locks/spriests from competition more so than the +5 resistance would other than shaman totems

Hey everyone, I'm posting my rogue build here. It's a little bit different from most rogue sets right now, and it relies on having DPR which is a bit iffy but I digress. The most important factor in a rogue's damage is going to be their crit, as well as their general procs from shadowfang and fiery weapon. This is a build that compensates rogues absolutely needing to go the Sub tree by maximizing the amount of crit you get. You can of course still go double fiery instead of agility OH for the double sfang setup, but I prefer to regain some of the AP I lose and lean into the crit at the same time. (I find that it's more consistent to run an OH agility) The dagger spec is identical, simply swapping the weapons out. One of the biggest downsides is losing the expertise and stamina from 3 piece fang, but the amount of times an FC dodges or parries gouge is negligible at best. Can always consider going human to account for that and sub out the insignia for either an extra agm, or the haste trinket for max DPS.

Not my standard (or most peoples) Shaman Build but been having fun and doing just as well as the 'standard' shaman build with a somewhat '2hander Enhancement' Build. Still performing same sorta damage etc --

22 Int in weapon was found to be far more useful than firey or lifestealing or even crusader unless you want to be oom all the time, stealing from your family to buy your next mana pot. Hit capped + fang set gives 7 nature spell power (great for earthshock i guess) and mainly the 4 expertise.
