Who is the target audience for this post? This is the F2P section, and F2P accounts can't lock XP at 19.
As Broken said on the other post that was already locked, a thread whose purpose is solely to advertise another thread/forum is not allowed, because (as you can see) it doesn't promote any decent discussion on this post, only directs people elsewhere. That's not allowed, I don't think it matters whether there's an actual link to another thread.
I think it's rather immature to trash-talk anyone who is simply pointing out that these repeated advertising threads are not allowed. Just because someone hold you to the rules doesn't mean they disagree with your message. I used to play 19s way back in TBC, I have nothing against that bracket. I just don't like seeing spam threads on this forum, and I don't like seeing people taking snarky attitudes against the people who are just trying to maintain order.
