19 Twink Shaman Rate

this is my 19 shaman with a damage reduction set, just wanted to see what are your thoughts and what diff. items i can get to make him better

It doesn't look like damage reduction as much as spell power. Or did I catch you in the wrong gear?

I've never played Shaman twink level 19, but your seems really nice, will you be going after 12sta trinkets?

Very impressive twink with the grandfathered head enchant and ring. You seem to be going for a maximum intellect / spell-power set, but I really do think heirloom cloak and chest would be more beneficial.
