tbh i really have no idea, probably will form tonight (US) when a lot of 19s are on and want me to

forming flr rbgs is really informal and I can literally form a group and be in queue within a couple minutes most of the time which is really nice compared to spending 3 hours to play 2 or 3 wargames at 19s

So, l suppose it is acceptable to start sniping players from 19's for others brackets now??
In the past this would not have been tolerated. What has the 19 community turned into, a mere circle jerk a few friends?
RBG's really should be discussed in the endgame section of the site. It does not matter whether the lead has a level 19 or not. I am sure the 19 community would be unappreciative, if not hostile, if a "level 20 twink hero" were to start a thread encouraging level 19's to play in the regular level 20's premade events. In fact, if I am not mistaken, when level 19's were invited to partake the invitees were rudely ran off.
