For elemental you stack crit and intel as much as you can. You would need about 1300 hp + 25% crit + and 170+ Spellpower with flametonge waepon

For the stats : Crit>Int>Stam

If you have acces to Dread Pirate Ring you can be BiS quite easily (As horde)
