Strange then cuz never happened to me.
Had that same error look-alike in mulgore some weeks ago. Wow closed down for 1 sec and re-opened, and my char was running a random direction... and the background landscapes were black or invisible. aaaand then I got kicked form wow. Happend 2-3 times, but not since.

Binding and macro names are hidden so cooldowns are easier to discern as well as remaining charges on abilities (mainly for higher chars).
Also looks more aesthetically pleasing imo.
Jk clearly I click everything because im awful and have no macros either.
