19 Ret pally Items?

Hello everyone, I just came back from around a 6 month break and I was wondering with all the new changes/patches what the ideal item setup would be for a 19 Alliance Ret pally.

Overall, usually. Missing a hoj is never fun, now is it?

I was working on a ret set for my pally as well and was wondering what a good replacement would be gear wise to reach hit cap w/o having to faction xfer for the Ally only Bravo ring.

I would go personally

polished helm of valor (4)
bracers of the most trusted (3)
2x demon band (2 each)

this gives you 11 hit rating without really sacrificing any stats to get hit capped.

Being that rets have 8% spell hit, that will never happen in PvP.

Cheep, you need 5% hit (or 10 rating, assuming non-Draenei) to cap your melee.

Is the soldier cloak that much better than the boa str dps cloak? Or in the end is it about even. Is haste worthless at this lvl? If its a decent stat would the boa haste trinket be a decent pick up till I can get the arena trinket?
