Has been years since Ive though about twinking and remember I had an old account with this character.
Is there any point in putting any work into this guy or is everything on him outdated.

From just what is visible there, you've got a lot of cool grandfathered gear, but not a lot of good gear. Shoulders, Defias chest/belt/boots, and insignia are grandfathered. None of them are currently BiS for a rogue - so you'd be gearing up like a new twink (which isn't hard these days). But you'd have one hell of an "around town set".

You'd have to check your bank for other stuff too. Perhaps you've got trailblazer boots or something.
