As an FC, for the ring you'd want Seal of Argas to replace the Seal of Sylvanas. For the feet, use Spidersilk Boots.

Also noticed you'd probably want to use +9 stam to cloak since resistance is no more.

Think it's actually 14 stamina to cloak but I could be wrong.. and yeah resistance got gf'd.

Enchant Cloak - Mighty Stamina - Spell - World of Warcraft is the best stam enchant which scales to 9 stam.

Worgen if you need some extra speed, Nelf if you like the Shadowmeld racial. I personally like Nelf a lot.

Personally i'd say worgen, speed > smeld, considering you can't smeld with flag.
