I have a Seal of Sylvannas also (which, when partnered with Band of Foul Strength, gives the same stats as 2x Argas Rings)

I would switch Sentinel's medallion with Thick Bronze Necklace seeing as how agility is now a useless stat for warriors. Also in damage comparison I would say Arms does a significant amount more

Significant amount more damage than no damage? Doesn't matter which spec he rolls the class is useless since the patch. Warriors had limited mobility pre-patch but at least they could accidentally kill things. Now you're just taking up a spot for a useful class in your group which sucks because Warrior is my favorite class.

Use Juggernaut instead of double time, no sense in staying on your target when you're rage starved, you're white damage is hitting for 80 max which Druids sneeze at while running at 40%+ speed. Double Time doesn't yield rage unless you wait 12 seconds between each charge anyway.

you are doin really good, id suggest swapping most of your agility for other things. though it isn't really a necessary thing to do.
