Actually ferals only get 1 ap from str now.

HP pool is tiny, I'd opt for 9sta to wrists and 7sta to boots.

Since you have hit cap, drop the Stained Shadowcraft Shoulders and pick up the Exceptional Stormshroud. Resil and 2 stam is more valuable then hit rating that is not needed.

You are MUCH faster than your opponent, staying behind your target shouldn't be a problem.
