I'd recommend Magefist Gloves with Glove Reinforcement, Mindthrust Bracer/Hovel Diggers Band, and BoA ring + PvP ring/argas

Just did a wsg on my ungeared disc and managed to help the team secure a win, but this bracket is a lot more aids than I predicted. I'm also really surprised how viable mages are.
