so can anyone help me work on my 19 combat rogue? i understand that hit is a crucial stack should I be sacrificing a lot of my reg gear for +hit?

Edit: Use the combat talents you feel you would prefer as it's no real differance on which you choose as combat.

the proc from thrashblade can cause your mainhand enchant and weapon to proc also if i remember correctly. i would use 15agi on the thrash though to ensure your base dps without taking into consideration procs remains a little higher, as does the crit rating.

your well over hard hit cap for the second char dev. but yeah combat is funny a hell to play, shame it doesnt have the utility as sub :/



Try combat with your sub gear, then test it against the hit gear. you'll notice a difference, meaning sub gear with combat spec is a lot better than pure hit gear imo,



Also having or close to expertise cap is somethink worth trying.

i use the expertise cap on my human in duels all the time even when im sub, so i think ive worked out a pretty strong set for combat, thanks for the advice

Might be worth checking out Signet of Argas and Scrupeless Bracers for your combat set

I worked out that by using simple pearl with wolf bracers = +1hit +3crit by using scrupeless and signet = +5agi +1stam

(The second chardev I listed was for Combat PvE'ing on higher level mobs, if you enjoy that)

Battleworn Thrashblade is great, though debatable against Shadowfang, because it procs like mad and since your barely ever going to miss you will deal a slightly higher DPS from the procs it's also worth mentioning Lifestealing on SF for when your hitting mail wearers for the extra damage whilst in combat against EFC or whatever

I'm gonna test out combat but Saxx i would use scrupless bracers and not use spidersilk. Also regarding simple pearl i would try to get Dread Pirate Ring for combat. Rest looks fine.

Well if you did gutterblade quest it is possible to get Silverwind Bracers. They have same stats as Scrupless but like 5 more armor. And yea imp recup is like old r1 lb

Combat is best against everything but hunters and mages but I like to be able to catch up with people faster and have a little more survivability from subtely

not if you spec 50% chance to break slows on using sprint, it always seems to work when you want it to DDDD
