Now I get what you meant chubs. It procs of hits as far as i know but agi also only deal dmg on hit. Wouldn't Agi lose the same % dps from miss chance as unholy do since they both deal dmg on hit? LS and fiery can miss even if they proc so they suck at lvls 13+ but unholy don't.

From my experience unholy is the Nr.1 group dps enchant in almost all scenarios but agi could be stronger for soloing if you need the dodge. The tanking person should always DW agi in grp pve since he won't hit the target anyway. Dpsers should go unholy possibly icy in larger raids for the debuff

No because firery isn't garrenteed on hit, the added dps from agi is.

on a 2.8 speed wep unholy add an average 7 dmg per hit the same way AP adds dmg per hit, but unholy does it in bursts. I don't see why it would be affected by miss more just cuz it's a proc.

25% miss chance with agi. You lose 25% of your hits wich is 25% less dps.

25% miss chance with unholy. You lose 25% of your hits wich results in 25% less ppm. 25% less dps



unholy is simply more rng dependant since it's a proc.

But fiery and LS sucks since they have different mecanics.

Say u miss 25/100 times theoretically you could not proc on all those 75 hits you made because a proc is not garrenteed. The extra AP and crit etc is garrenteed, also in terms of survivability the added dodge would also save you



And remember that while the normal proc rate might be 5 or so, normal/average is just the estimated middle from the entire range. The range of procs I imagine range from 0 per minute to maybe a max of 8 with 5-6 being the most consistent, so when working out what is better agi or a proc you have to calculate in the ppm range...not average



When you say unholy adds 7dmg per hit it would really add maybe 0-10 per hit... Agi is consistent in the dmg it adds.
