I would be angry too if I had to deal with these kids. Making threads for attention, trolling and flaming threads purposefully for entertainment is what they deal with now. Twink info wasn't like this before, closing down the threads early is good but just stop it at the sources and /bannn the tools. More power to these "angry" moderators.

Like it or not, a healthy dose of drama is what made the community back in the days. Not saying we should all turn into gomer-tinker here, but a bit of fun never hurt anyone. Strict rules only serve to make the community less accessible and appealing in the long run because it does nothing to forge rivalries and relationships.
I sense a relationship between the removal of battleground forums which weren't moderated well and allowed for trash talking and the demise of a healthy community. But maybe I'm just nostalgic.
And if a troll post like one of Goma's ever offends you, you probably shouldn't be on the interwebs anyway.

It fosters rivalries and bolsters the community to actually stay active. Guild rivalries, like the one between WT/MB is important for the community.
GomA has a knack for getting banned because he doesn't know where to draw the line. That said, he's also one of the longest standing twinks still active on these forums and he's always been at the center of drama through the years, creating rivalries and motivating people to compete. Nowadays though, he trolls simply for the sake of it...because he's Goma. Don't think he even plays anymore. So I wouldn't pay much heed to him. He's like the annoying little child who you have to put up with, but like having around for entertainment anyway. Well, I do anyway.
