Here is the breakdown from 110 arcane standpoint which I’m sure isn’t too much different from 119:
1) Have a 1.5 minute cooldown on use trinket to match up with your arcane power cooldown
2) Have your 2nd trinket option be a chance on hit trinket. (Goes without saying because if you had two on use trinket, one would put the other on cooldown)
3) Have arcane pressure x2, hell, x3 if you can get it in all 3 of your 300 pieces (I didn’t do it right so I go Arcane pressure x2 galvanized spark x1)
4) OPTIONAL: Have saltwater on deck for burst moments. There is one class that can make very good use of this pot and that’s mage to line up with arcane power and on use trink

5) Don’t think just cuz this is a higher lvl bracket and burst is crazy, that you can dps your way to victory. Still need to sheep, and be tactile against other twinks. Tbh the twink pressence is the best part about thins bracket. I hate it otherwise.
6) Flag carry in games with flag objectives! Yes you heard me correctly. Chrono shift is one of the most godly OP talents for arcane. Abuse it, live it, love it.
