In my first 31 hand-ins on my rogue I had 9 procs. Now in another 20 hand-ins I have had 0 rare procs and 1 epic proc. Anyone experienced something similar?

Damn, double-edged luck though since 5 of the rare procs were into worthless 289 meanwhile, all of my 290 greens are staying that level!

Z is green to epic

I'm waiting until next reset. I just went through about 10 290 pieces that didnt upgrade and it fucking sucks. Why all the 281s upgrade and none of the 290s :'(
