u can just fly or take port in SW or Org.
some rares are phased as u need to do the 120 quest line, others are good to go.
plus grab your https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=174875/obelisk-of-the-sun does about 3k DMG every 4sec with chance to do around 13k DMG at 110 (I havnt tested in pvp yet)
need 3 people with https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=171208/suntouched-amulet to summon rare.

And did you notice? We recovered our complete armory (with the two legendary), I can not believe it. How long have we been waiting, a year ?

Also, if you wanna see more "new players" who are technically iLvl 275+, but currently on a Legion detour - there are at least a handful of them playing BGs on EU.
