11 Fury - how do I get an epic WF with a socket?

Greetings! I am currently trying to get a socket on my lvl 11 warrior to put a speed gem in, while leveling my alts at the same time. I think I am having a bad rng or smth, since I haven't seen a single socketed WF so far. Can anyone confirm that there's a chance of a socketed WF proc in a random Draenor dungeon for lvl 11?

Pray to whatever god(s) you believe in, you'll need it. Assuming a 10% chance to WF and a 5% to get a socket you'd need an average of 200 drops (remember that not all slots can proc sockets -head, neck, wrists, waist and rings can- so it's gonna require a lot of runs) to get a single WF + socket
Also don't bother, speed SL gems require ilvl 87 or more and if I'm not mistaken WF items at level 11 are ilvl 62. Then again you can always get extra strength or secondaries gems, you do you.
